On a May 17th interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos Joe Biden called Vladamir Putin a “killer.” Putin responded by extending an invitation to Joe Biden to have a debate stating,

“I don’t want to put this off for long. I want to go to the taiga this weekend to relax a little.” So, we could do it tomorrow or Monday. We are ready at any time convenient for the American side.”

It is hard to interpret this as anything but a joke at Joe Biden’s expense. Putin, Russia, and the entire world know at this point that if Joe Biden can’t hold it together long enough for a press conference, that hasn’t happened in over two months of office, then Putin will make him look like an illiterate child on the debate stage.
